Prayer Team

The Prayer team has as its goal to provide spiritual support to the whole event and to individuals who would like it. There are “day of event” ways to be involved as well as both before and after Compassion SE. This team will respectfully offer prayer and sensitively engage in it with those who accept.

Specific roles available, day of:

  • Prayerwalkers:  at least 2 people per each 2 hour shift will be responsible for prayerwalking through the building, across the school grounds and around the neighborhood.

  • Prayer Table:  2-4 people per 2 hour shift will be available at a table to pray for those who request prayer at the event.

  • Follow Up Team: 1-2 people will be at the check out area per 2 hour shift to greet people as they leave and provide a face to possible follow up contact for prayer
